The structure of the program

STEP 1
The first meeting: 
international, 7 days, participants choose one of the three provided topics and locations (in Poland, Ukraine and Belarus).Participants get to know each other, go deeper into the topic and do practical activities, hold local events, develop project ideas.

STEP 2
Project meeting:
international, 7 days, participants can choose one of the two provided timeframes and locationsThey further develop their project ideas, learn and write the project proposal, learn the basis of project management.

STEP 3
Participants’ projects:
there are 10 months for the implementation of the participants’ project idea (on the local or international levels) which contributes to social change toward solidarity in the society through involving the local community to the process of the project implementation.

STEP 4
Mentoring:

each project is supported by a mentor – experienced program alumni who supports and advises the participants during their project implementation phase.

STEP 5
Additional Trainings
:
there are 2 meetings; each is 3 days long, focused on gaining certain theoretical skills which will help in the realization of the project. The topics are proposed by participants themselves. The participation is optional, there is an open call.

STEP 6
Webinars:

there are two meetings, in 3 languages: weekend trainings on specific aspects of project management (PR, fundraising), participation is optional.

STEP 7
The Mobility Program
:
the neighbors’ visits of the participants, short term internships in the partnering NGOs, acquiring practical skills and gaining experience. The duration of one visit is 5-7 days.

STEP 8
Neighbours’ Forum
:
international, 5 days-long events aiming to evaluate the program and summarize the results, network, review opportunities for the further collaboration.

STEP 9
Network of alumni and partners
:
the program participants can continue with the further collaboration staying active as mentors, trainers or develop/continue the implementation of their project within the support of the alumni and partners networks.
